Mattress Cleaning

The vast majority of our customers choose to clean their mattress for hygiene purposes. A clean mattress is desirable as we spend a lot of time in close contact with it. In some cases, we are asked to attempt stain removal on mattresses. The success of this can vary depending on whether it is made from synthetic fibres or natural ones. Synthetic mattresses tend to respond better to stain removal techniques.

How we clean your mattress

Your mattress is cleaned using the same sort of process we use for upholstery cleaning. We place a strong focus on cleaning for hygiene purposes and do not use any harsh chemicals on mattresses. Our eco friendly products are used to great success on mattresses, bringing them up clean and revived.

Our portable hot water extraction machine is used to clean mattresses as this delivers a deep clean suitable for hygiene purposes. Sometimes referred to as mattress steam cleaning, this type of wet clean is the most thorough clean possible for cleaning mattresses.

We use a dedicated cleaning tool to clean mattresses to a high standard, taking great care not to over wet the mattress. We recommend a morning clean for all mattresses so that they are dry and ready for use by the end of the day. It can take a while for mattresses to dry following a wet clean but we can ensure that they are ready for use by the end of the day.
