All of my professional carpet cleaning services, including upholstery cleaning and rug cleaning, will accomplish a thorough clean with acceptable drying times (usually a few hours). Please beware that some individual carpet cleaners and carpet cleaning companies, including those offering upholstery cleaning services, can often overwet the fibres, leaving them damp for days with no real prospect of drying. This can cause a multitude of issues and therefore achieving quick drying times is paramount to a successful cleaning service.

In addition to domestic carpet cleaning, I also offer commercial carpet cleaning services. I can safely and effective clean office carpet tiles using a low moisture system, which allows for even quicker drying times and the removal of many types of stains found in offices.     Frequently Asked Questions

    How long will the carpet take to dry?

    You can usually expect your carpets to be touch dry in 3-4 hours. Wool carpets take longer to dry as they retain more moisture. During warmer months the carpets will dry more quickly.

    Are you insured?

    Yes, I have £5,000,000 public liability insurance. More importantly, I am also insured against treatment risk, which covers me for any items I am cleaning. Not all carpet cleaners will have this level of cover so please check before booking someone to do a job.

    How long does it take to clean my carpets?

    I usually allocate around an hour to clean two small rooms or around three hours to clean a typical three bedroom house. It can sometimes take less time than this but I prefer not to rush a job and will only finish once myself and the customer are happy with the final outcome.

    What do you use to clean my carpets?

    I use a range of different solutions, each with different ingredients to tackle different types of stains and soiling. If you believe you may be sensitive to any chemicals, please advise me when booking and I will accommodate you by ensuring I select the appropriate solutions that will not trigger any allergic reactions.
