How long will the carpet take to dry?
You can usually expect your carpets to be touch dry in 3-4 hours. Wool carpets take longer to dry as they retain more moisture. During warmer months the carpets will dry more quickly.
Are you insured?
Yes, I have £5,000,000 public liability insurance. More importantly, I am also insured against treatment risk, which covers me for any items I am cleaning. Not all carpet cleaners will have this level of cover so please check before booking someone to do a job.
How long does it take to clean my carpets?
I usually allocate around an hour to clean two small rooms or around three hours to clean a typical three bedroom house. It can sometimes take less time than this but I prefer not to rush a job and will only finish once myself and the customer are happy with the final outcome.
What do you use to clean my carpets?
I use a range of different solutions, each with different ingredients to tackle different types of stains and soiling. If you believe you may be sensitive to any chemicals, please advise me when booking and I will accommodate you by ensuring I select the appropriate solutions that will not trigger any allergic reactions.
